Hi! It has been a long since I wrote last.A lot of time has flown by and with time has flown the lives of people in Bihar & Orissa as well blasts in Delhi which is quite unfortunate but area of concern which cannot be altered.It seemed like that life had come to a pause.

At the same time rescue at human level in the affected areas could once again start the life like a change which is constant. A smile as a ray of sunshine could take away the darkness of gloominess which had shadowed  the lives after the unfortunate events.

It has been a pause and then a start in life as the system of life cannot be operated on one mode.

Through this mail of mine, I would pray to Almighty to give peace to the souls of the sufferers.

A friend sent me a hilarious note on increment.I thought of sharing on blog.
हे पार्थ !!(कर्मचारी),
इनक्रीमेंट अच्छा नहीं हुआ, बुरा हुआ…
इनसेंटिव नहीं मिला, ये भी बुराहुआ…
वेतन में कटौती हो रही है बुरा हो रहा है, …..
तुम पिछले इनसेंटिव ना मिलने का पश्चाताप ना करो,
तुम अगले इनसेंटिव की चिंताभी मत करो,
बस अपने वेतन में संतुष्ट रहो….
तुम्हारी जेब से क्या गया,जो रोते हो?
जो आया था सब यहीं से आया था …
तुम जब नही थे, तब भी ये कंपनी चल रही थी,
तुम जब नहीं होगे, तब भीचलेगी,
तुम कुछ भी लेकर यहां नहीं आए थे..
जो अनुभव मिला यहीं मिला…
जो भी काम किया वो कंपनी के लिए किया,
डिग़्री लेकर आए थे, अनुभव लेकर जाओगे….
जो कंप्यूटर आज तुम्हारा है,
वह कल किसी और का था….
कल किसी और का होगा औरपरसों किसी और का होगा..
तुम इसे अपना समझ कर  मगन हो .. खुशहो…
यही खुशी तुम्हारी समस्त परेशानियों का मूल कारण है…
क्यो तुम व्यर्थचिंता करते हो, किससे व्यर्थ डरते हो,
कौन तु निकाल सकता है… ?
सतत "नियम-परिवर्तन" कंपनी का नियम है…
जिसे तुम "नियम-परिवर्तन" कहते हो, वही तो चाल है…
एक पल में तुम बैस्ट परफॉर्मर और हीरो नम्बर वन या सुपर स्टारहो,
दूसरे पल में तुम व परफॉर्मर बन जाते हो ओर टारगेट अचीव नहीं कर पाते हो..
ऎप्रेजल,इनसेंटिव ये सब अपने मन से हटा दो,
अपने विचार से मिटादो,

 कंपनी तुम्हारी है और तुम कंपनी के…..
ना ये इन्क्रीमेंटवगैरहतुम्हारे लिए हैं
ना तुम इसके लिये हो,
परंतु तुम्हारा जॉब सुरक्षित है
फिर तुम परेशान  होते हो……..?
तुम अपने आप को कंपनी को अर्पित कर दो,
मत करो इनक्रीमेंट की चिंता…बस मन लगाकर अपना कर्म किये जाओ…
यही सबसे बड़ा गोल्डन रूल है
जो इस गोल्डन रूल को जानता है..वो ही सुखी है…..
वोह इन रिव्यू, इनसेंटिव,ऎप्रेजल,रिटायरमेंट आदि के बंधन से सदा के लिए मुक्त हो जाता है….
तो तुम भी मुक्त होने का प्रयास करो और खुश रहो…..
तुम्हारा बॉस कृष्ण …
ये सुनकर तो हम तो शांत हो गये…आपका क्या विचार है……

Looking at someone,can we read his/her mind.To some extent may be with body language but body language may be deceptive and the question arises how to read someone's mind? I believe that asking the right set of questions enables to read someone's mind.Whatever technique of probing is applied,we reach quite a close to what is there in someone's mind.And reading mind enhances the compatibility in between two persons.

Life passed by and lately I realized that I could have done a lot for the time lost.Earlier I thought I have enough knowledge,now I think that I have hardly tasted a drop of it.Time was always an extravaganza for me and now i am parsimonious on time.But yes,one thing which I imbibed and nurtured in me was a highly positive approach to life.Branching of the same to others has yielded fruits.At times,I feel,given an opportunity and I would like to know all about all which I do not know.But in this highly demanding professional life,do we really have time????

The biggest challenge in life is to develop your offspring.We,ourselves are the image of our childhod and see the same reflection in our offspring.Though we know as a generation gap,a difference would always crop up but the animal in oneself and the haunting image of the past would always prompt one to behave the original past and would deteriorate the actual development which could have taken place.I believe it is the environmental forces and the subconscious mind which would not allow your offspring to grow the way it wants to and nurturing would never be appropriate.

Any thing in the life which is constant is change.Any thing in life which adds is learnings.Any thing in life which should be deleted is negativity.Any thing in life which gives courage in the worst is positive attitude.Any thing which can make a difference in life is self.Believe in self and nothing is impossible.

When we get into a new responsibility in professional life,we need to unlearn what we have learnt at the previous responsibility and learn as per the new responsibility.A paradigm shift is required to get into a  new responsibility.It is behaviourial,attitudinal,knowledge and skills changes which need to happen at 360 degrees.
